The staff was really helpful and pleasant when I arrived. Check-in happened quickly. Good location as well, it's simple to locate food. Above all, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was immaculate. When I try to ask a question of the employees, they respond quite quickly. Excellent experience; I'll return the following time.

Overall experience was nice. Pros: - Staffs at the reception are always helpful and cheerful. - Value for money. - Location: near to LRT station, walking distance to Bukit Bintang (Jalan Alor) - There is a lot of restaurants down the street. - Room was also okay for 2 pax but in the pictures, the room seemed much bigger. - Iron, hot & cold water were provided. - Amenities such as shower gel, toothbrush, toilet tissue were provided. Cons: - No cleaning services. As we were staying for 2 weeks, we got a voucher but I would prefer to have the room cleaned everyday. OVERALL - I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AND I WILL CERTAINLY GO BACK.

i arrived at 3.30 AM with my son who was super tired .. the night shift staff was so Bad ! he said my booking was not showing ... and i told him i made it thru an agency he kept saying no ... until the grab driver who lives there showed him my name... i told him he has a no show why not give me tat room ... he said no cannot i said okay what time he said 7 am ... my son was sitting on the stool putting his head on my bag .. that staff was really really evil.. i offered EXtRa money and then i decide to cancel tat room and booked myself a place at Shang Ri La KL..plss parents with kids pls do not check in at midnites

It was a fantastic stay at the V Hotel Pudu. The room was nicely decorated, and the check-in and check-out processes went very smoothly. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The cafe was pleasant to the eye, and the food was delicious. Definitely will return for another enjoyable stay.
